This is the first release from The Final Embers — our inaugural bottling, drawn from a single cask of Scotch whisky. Just 220 bottles will ever exist. Bottled at natural cask strength, with no chill-filtration and no added colour, this is whisky in its purest form.

Every bottle will be numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, making this a fleeting piece of whisky history.

About This Whisky

Colour — Autumn Sunset.

Nose — Delicate yet inviting, with ripe plums, chopped dates, stewed apple, and the sweet chew of wine gums.

Palate — Bold and punchy. Fresh fig and candied peel ride over a light and earthy smoke, while syrup, caramel, and vanilla add layered richness.

Finish — Long and warming. Candied citrus and cinnamon linger with a persistent, fruity glow.

Essence — Fruit. Smoke. Spice.
