DELIVERY & RETURNS — The Final Embers

This page explains how deliveries and returns operate for The Final Embers.


Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Eligible delivery locations are shown at checkout and may expand over time.

  • Orders are shipped 2–3 weeks after purchase, as whisky must be bottled and prepared for distribution following each 24-hour release.

  • Delivery charges and timelines are displayed during checkout.


Returns — Unwanted Products

If you are unhappy with a non-faulty product, you may return it for a refund or exchange:

  • Notify us within 14 days of the day after delivery.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale (determined at our discretion).

  • Return postage and risk in transit are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

We cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless faulty.


Returns — Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will cover return shipping costs.

  • A replacement or refund will be issued within 30 days of notification.


Where to Send Returns

Returns are processed by our fulfilment partner, Boxworx.
Return instructions and address details will be provided by The Final Embers when a return request is received.


International Deliveries (future expansion)

When international shipping becomes available:

  • Customers will be responsible for any import duties and taxes in the destination country.

  • Delivery restrictions and estimated times will be displayed at checkout.
