By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and changes will take effect immediately when posted on this page.

Age Restriction

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use our website or purchase products.
We do not sell alcohol to persons under 18.

For your first order, we may verify your age and identity through third-party services. We may request additional documentation if required.
We reserve the right to refuse any purchase if age or identity cannot be verified.

Products

We specialise in limited whisky releases available for a fixed 24-hour window. All products are subject to availability and may sell out without notice.

We make every effort to describe and present products accurately, but we do not guarantee that items will be identical to images or descriptions. If your purchase depends on a specific detail (e.g., cask or batch), please contact us before buying.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Payment

We accept payments through:

  • Major debit and credit cards

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

All payments must be authorised at checkout. Orders are accepted only once payment has been successfully completed.

Delivery

Delivery options, timescales and charges are displayed at checkout and on the Delivery Information page.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment directly to whisky auction houses.

Returns – Unwanted Products

If you are unhappy with a product that is not faulty, you may return it for a refund or exchange provided you notify us within 14 days of the day following delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale — this will be determined at our discretion.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk in transit.

  • We do not accept returns of opened bottles unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

Returns – Damaged or Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer either a replacement or refund once the product has been assessed.

Refunds or replacements will be issued within 30 days of your notification.

Tax and Duties

Orders delivered within the UK include UK VAT.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and local taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.

User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.
We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from failure to protect your password.

Account Suspension or Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where Terms & Conditions are breached or where activity is deemed fraudulent or inappropriate.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of external websites.

Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to): strikes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster, supply-chain failure, power outages or transport disruption.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to our website or its content.

  • We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

  • Our products and website are intended for personal and domestic use only.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us, and supersede all prior agreements or discussions unless confirmed in writing.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute.
